The following list of MCRGO Members are Certified NRA or MCOLES Instructors. Most (check detail) can provide the necessary instruction that you will need to fulfill the training requirements to obtain your Michigan Concealed Pistol License (CPL). They will also be able to help answer some of your questions regarding firearm usage and CPL issues.

I also teach the following NON-NRA courses: 2 day tactical handgun, 2 day tactical shotgun, 2 day tactical rifle, 2 day long range rifle, 2 day un-armed combat, 2 day blade fighting (includes stick fighting), 2 day repelling, and 2 day advanced tactical/dynamic entry. Coming soon: 2 day sub machine gun. My CCW students are given a one year membership to Lee township sportsman's club where they can practice the techniques they learn in class. If they are safe and keep with it they are invited back to work as a range officer. If they come for the legal part of the classes they work as a RO they qualify for renewal of their CCW.

All of our instructors are Law Enforcement Officers with over 20 years of firearms training experience each. All have served on Special Operations Teams and have many years training police academy recruits in basic firearms programs. In addition to being NRA certified instructors, our instructors are also MCOLES Certified. We believe we provide the best training at the least expensive cost. Our reason for doing so is that we truly believe in the CPL Program. Our one day class is held on Saturdays. Everything needed for this class is provided by us. The only thing you need to bring is clothing appropriate for the weather outdoors. The shooting of handguns is required in this class. We will provide the handguns, ammunition (22 caliber pistols), and safety equipment. If you prefer to shoot your own weapon, you will need approximately 50 rounds of ammunition. We not only provide CPL / CCW Class in Saint John’s, but we will hold a class throughout any part of Michigan.
